For the more relaxed, you can visit the local restaurants and sample their homemade traditional cooking such as "Anzelottos" Classic ravioli filled with cheese and spinach or try "Roast suckling pig - which is a piglet that has been roasted over an aromatic open fire. Whilst sampling the superb local wines that are produced in Dorgali.
